  Waited over a hr and half for our dinner, ribs were burnt no meat left on them, chicken parmesan was burnt. No refills , other customers left due to poor service. Very unhappy

  Still hate the food here. I gave it another chance today after 13 years because they have a new menu... i took my 3 kids with me, we were starving! The kids had mac and cheese, salad, fries, icecream. I had the "messy fish" sandwich. The food is greasy as hell with absolutely no seasoning. It was a waste of calories and a waste of money. We're never going back.

  The customer service was terrible. There was only one server working which was okay, and understandable. Although when the server did take our order she was extremely rude and impolite. We willI never be returning.
