  Terrible customer service! They prioritize service to the drive-through, and ignore the customers inside once they have taken your money. After a 15 minute wait, they told me they were out of chicken and had not made the rest of order (grilled cheese and sandwich). Had to get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous!

  Usually fast and less cars in line then the timmies up the road. They almost always get my order right

  Went through the drive through to order a spicy chicken sandwich and crispy chicken sandwich along with a free coffee and potato wedges( won from roll up the rim). Reiterating my order before moving to the pick up where I was handed a bag. I paid and drove away. As we hit the road the crispy chicken Sandwich is missing. Came back and told the girl and a gay guy greeted me with "you canceled it mhmm".
  This is not first time this happened. I will definitely not be returning to that Tim Hortons untill they improve their customer service.

  Almost always busy. Have never had good service here from the staff. Convenient location though, to grab a coffee before you hit the 401.
