  I started stopping by this one as it is on my way to work. I began ordering full breakfast with a green tea. They continuously made the large green tea with one sugar - 1 bag in wrong. Inconsistently wrong too! The breakfast sandwiches at times were also wrong. It became frustrating after a few times of turning back around and going through to return the orders for correct ones None the less I decided to make it simple and ordered a muffin and chocolate milk. Now I get to work today and the wrong muffin. I've been in the industry and even worked for Tim Horton's...a better job of focusing needs to be done. People make mistakes I get it but when the mistakes aren't properly addressed that's where the issues lie. I am positive I'm not the only one that has experienced this. Hopefully this message is well received and beneficial. As for now I will go a little out of my way for consistency.
